The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced that its presidential primaries nomination will be opened on May 26, 2023.
In a press release dated May 25, 2023 and signed by the NPP General Secretary, Justin Kodua-Frimpong indicated that National Executive Committee and National Council approved the timelines during a meeting held on Monday April 3, 2023.
“Nomination will be closed on Saturday June 24, 2023, special electoral college election if any will be held on August 26, 2023 anf the National Congress also on Saturday November 4, 2023,” the General Secretary stated.
