I will likely return to coaching if Liberty Professionals return to the top flight – Sellas Tetteh

Former Ghana U20 coach Sellas Tetteh has stated that he has 30 to 40 years of experience in coaching. He also added that he has gotten a lot of offers to return to coaching but he wants to be fully healthy before accepting any offer.

Tetteh began his coaching career in 1995 with Kotobabi Powerlines, before joining Liberty Professionals a year later. He guided the Ghana under-20 team to the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup, becoming the first African team to win the competition.

“When I became sick it made be relax Liberty is there they are playing first division so when they qualify I might come back. But I am looking forward to what will happen a lot of people have been calling me to give me a job. I told them they should have patience,” he said on Ernest Brew Smith Show as monitored by Footballghana.com

“Coaching I have done that for 30 to 40 years I started with a team in my area in Pig Farm I was also playing football there. Then I came to Liberty I also travelled to work outside South Africa and a lot of places,”
